On 16/01/2023, Altiplan was named winner of the design of a Children's Home in Fredrikstad. Altiplan will organize and lead all engineering subjects in the project, which include: architecture, landscape architecture, construction safety, fire safety, acoustics, electricity, heating and ventilation, sanitary installations, water and drainage as well as stormwater management.

Services include analysis of various plots of land available to the municipality, sketches and preliminary projects as well as preparation of tender documents.
