The building is strategically designed to create quiet zones, both for outdoor living areas and all indoor rooms that are ventilated from this side.
The architectural design includes spacious and idyllic roof terraces with panoramic views of the fjord. To make the best use of the site, we have designed car lifts with a capacity for 16 cars - a practical solution that combines functionality with a modern lifestyle.
